Discussion

There are a lot of resources in these sections! Can you share out the research amongst your departmental colleagues? Don't forget the suggestions in the Task at the end.

This is one of four sections containing useful web links for you to explore. Here the links are dedicated to drama texts. Shakespeare would appear to dominate, but there are other useful links and many of the other modules provide ample reference to related material.

A good site to start from is Kenneth Taylor's Drama in Education Site:

This has links to numerous resources, a discussion group, London ITT Providers' Pages and lots more.

Shakespeare

Webspeare Shakespeare teacher / student resource for all Shakespeare's plays: found through the IPL. Has research facilities, study guides, excellent live on-line discussion forums, and a Q & A facility (which refuses on principle to answer obvious homework tasks directly). Contains much help for teachers as well as students.

Task 20

Review the sites and decide which you wish to use. This may involve directed research for your students, if they have access to the Internet, or downloading useful historical context information for direct use in lessons, or for further exploration and exploitation.
